sun and moon rise en set

Hello,

Is it graphically possible to make the sun and moon don't go so steep up and down? They allways rise in the southeast and set in the southwest, while in real life (in Western Europe) they rise between northeast and southeast (depending on the season) and set in the southwest to northwest.
