Wrong Timezone for Bangladesh

Hi..
I am from Dhaka, Bangladesh. Thanks for this nice software, it's just that I am facing problem with the timezone.
The Timezone in my Windows 7 is correctly set to GMT+6:00, but in YoWindow Location Properties it shows +7:00. So all the times are showing wrong (Live time, sunset, sunrise).

Please look into the matter.
As a side note, officially we will not be using Daylight Saving Time anymore - if that's the cause of the problem.
