no water on ground during rain

bld 79 & 85 is not showing water on the ground during/after rain.
It did on all previous builds.

Hi Neil,

Are you looking at the Village landscape? What season is your location in?
In the Village landscape, Spring and Naked have water on the country lane.

Yes, if I change map to be in spring or winter it shows water in village and oriental.
I have not correlated the water to season.
Still, to me, it seems there should be water on ground during rain.
