I just installed this nifty software on my PC. Upon installation, I immediately noticed that the weather displayed in the main window is wrong. I had set the location to Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
I looked into the location properties and found that the METAR code listed for Thiruvananthapuram is wrong. It is listed as VOTR when it should be VOTV.
( http://en.allmetsat.com/metar-taf/india ... ?icao=VOTV )
I set the code to VOTV, but the program is not showing the weather as listed on the METAR website. The temperature is not even listed, along with the Pressure and Humidity levels (although all these data is already present on the METAR website).
Any ideas on how to fix it?
Regards
Praveen
The Program Showing Wrong Weather (Thiruvananthapuram)

Okay. Here is an update. As of now, the program has started listing the temperatures correctly. Do not know whether this is temporary.

Hey!
Some METAR stations are not reliable.
I think we have removed VOTV for this reason.

Yes. It does seem like that. The weather from the Thiruvananthapuram METAR station is displayed in an on-off manner.
