Landscape in flash

Hi,

I run YoWindow on my PC with my own photo...it works...ok - the photo is not very nice...but it's just a test...see attach.

As I run my own weather site with yowindow at http://www.LaFloresta.CAT I wonder what are the steps to include my own photo to the flash?

Any help would be great.
