There wasn't much going right on your request:
1. Pretty useless to reply to a request for a German location if you want your own, so I split it to a new post.
2. It's clearly described how to request for a new location under the very first post: http://yowindow.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=13 , which differs a lot from what you've done.
