Hi Cat,

What is the location that you are watching that has no cloud movement?

Was it raining? When it is raining, the clouds will not move.

Dear Marty,
Thanks for your reply.
The location was Leeds, West Yorks, UK.
It was a very windy day, but no rain. The problem has now resolved, but thanks for your speedy reply.
