Tray icon diacritics missing on hover.

Hi,

When hovering the tray icon the screen doesn't show diacritics at all, but the main window does.
I've attached a picture with the issue.

YoWindow 2.0.494 and RC 498, Windows 7 32-bit, Romanian regional settings, English US for non-unicode programs, Flash 10.3.183.7.
