Often in my area, (Pennsylvania, USA) there is a slight chance of rain, but I seriously doubt any will be forthcoming.

If you could program YoWindow to allow me to decide at what percentage point (US only) I want to see precipitation on screen, it would be slightly better.

For instance I might instruct YoWindow not to show precipitation at 15% chance, but to show it at 16%.

I am using version 2.0 build 477.
