Trouble installing balloons

I received a notice that the balloons landscape was available, so I went to download it. It took me to a page where the free and paid versions were on. I tried this link and it said my YoWindow was about to upgrade. I am skeptical because being I have a paid version, clicking on the free link to download the balloons landscape didn't seem right, but I tried it...twice. After all said and done and trying to read around the sight, I do not know what happened, but no balloons landscape on my window nor any option for balloons. I still have the 3 I normally have. I am certain I clicked the right link..http://yowindow.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=3225. It says on that page...download new YoWindow to enjoy balloons. That is the link that took me to the free and paid page: http://yowindow.com/download. Where did I go wrong? I appreciate your help.

Dear friend, balloons are launched once in 30 minutes in average.
But you can launch a balloon yourself with Ctrl-B key combination.
Try typing "fiesta" on the keyboard, wait for 30 seconds and see what happens.

Am I understanding,then, that the balloons are installed over the existing landscapes...not a new landscape? Thanks.

That's right...

The balloons are 'just' another great gimmick added to any landscape you wanna use...

What we really would like to know is whether or not you see the balloons now.
Can you tell us if you see them?
