A new version will be available as soon Pavel announces it.

Or: YoWindow itself can tell you when there's a new version available (that's an option in the settings you can reach from the menu or by pressing Ctrl-O)

By the way: why do you ask? Is there something wrong in your version of YoWindow you like to be corrected in a new version? then post in the "Bugs"-subforum!
And furthermore you've posted in "Sugestions" which is the wrong subforum for that - i move it to the "Questions"-subforum...
