Hi, I installed on my PC the windows 7, install the program, but when I open it I get this message:

The program uses Flash Player plugin for Internet Explorer.
Version 9.0.0.0 or later of the Flash Player Must Be Installed.

Flash Player not was detected on your system.

Download and install the latest version of Flash Player, please.
It will only take a moment.




I did what I said there, and install the Adobe, but it does not work too.

Hi there Federico...

make sure that 'shockwave flash object' is enabled in your browser's add-ons...

You can access these options through the 'extra' tab in internet explorer...

I can not find where you say, but I download ADOBE with mozilla firefox, google chrome and internet explorer will not open it branded me

Voy a tratar de ayudarle en español...
Sólo use la descarga desde la página oficial de Adobe !!!
En Internet Explorer, en la pestaña extra entre los Favoritos y Ayuda se puede optar por administrar sus add-ons o plugins...
Asegúrese de que flash está habilitado...
Si no está allí yo también podría decir que el flash no está instalado correctamente en su equipo...
Usted tendrá que desinstalar la versión de flash completamente...
Visita esta página y descargar el uninstall_flash_player.exe (229 KB)...

A continuación, cierre todas las aplicaciones y ejecutar el programa de desinstalación...(Esto es muy importante!!!)

muchas gracias por su aporte, pero ya me anda perfectamente el programa, cualquier otro problema me contactare con usted...

¿el tema lo damos por cerrado..? ¿como hago para finalizar el tema..?




PD: ojala el foro pueda tener varios idiomas, porque hay muchas personas que son españoles, pero por el momento nos entendemos bastante bien!!

It is something special to this forum, this try to give support in different languages - i never saw that in any other forum. I wouldn't expect something like that (for example to be supported in an italien forum with german written posts).

So i suggest and ask Pavel to create another subfourm for spanish speaken customers and hope Wally and other users who speak spanish will support users who don't speak english there!

But i don't like mixed posts (regarding language) either, so i agree with Werner for this point.

As long as there's no spanish sub-forum what do you think: would communication via PM be ok for you Wally?
