I cannot update these locations because they are missing in my local copy of Geonames DB.
It looks like my version of Geonames data base is way too old.
I need to upgrade it.
But this process is very dangerous and long.
I hope to take care of this in around a month.
Please remind me then about this task.

OK, now our data base is up to date with Geonames.
As an example - Kosovo is an individual country in YoWindow.
Some location names are corrected.

In order to update YoWindow locations you need to do the following.
1. Clean Internet Explorer browser cache.
2. Open YoWindow.
3. Go to Options/Advanced and click "Refresh locations data base"
4. Restart YoWindow.
