Here is the Cold Set of Locations without METARs.

6620791 ; Vostok Station / Antarctica (this is a Research Station)

2122311 ; Oymyakon / Russia (sometimes spelled Ojmjakon) This has a METAR of UEMJ but is not in the icao METAR data base so I am not able to access the METAR
2013465 ; Verkhoyansk / Russia (sometimes spelled Verkhojansk)

As I said in my earlier request, these have forecasts but the current information is coming from global station numbers instead of METARS.

Global Station numbers are -
Vostok Station is 89606
Oymyakon is 24688
Verkhoyansk is 24266

I am still trying to track down the other record breakers.
