Hi Pasha,
It seems to me that whenever there are complex / multiple weather conditions the display isn't always correct.
I mean:
Should in my opinion look like: 'Light freezing, Drizzly, Light snow'.
Meaning there should be an extra comma after Light freezing.
This isn't the only example, there have been some more before.

You are right, a correction needs to be made, but I think this was the intended description: "Light Freezing Drizzle, Light Snow." In this case "light" and "freezing" are describing the drizzle.
