Town cars upgraded.
- Cars do not overlap and do not overtake each other. This makes their behavior more natural.
- When a car stops, the following cars stop as well.
- New colors for Volkswagen.

- FIXED: new year lights are blinking in Seaside.

This new car behaviour certainly does look more natural.
