4.0.51 is working a lot better than 4.0.50.
Town landscape still has people moving too fast.
That is the only issue that I have found so far.

We have altered the maximum speed of people to add more variety to the motion. Like some people in a hurry.

Looks a lot more stable indeed.
We have rain right now.
With rain people walking faster look more natural.
Normally I think it's way too fast.
One other thing that has remained is flickering roof lights in seaside
