Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Error

I see that this identical error has been reported in a couple of previous posts in the forum:

The error occurs immediately upon launch.

I have already applied all updates (including Flash), cleaned caches, etc., removed/reinstalled most current YoWindow version.

I have not yet located if there is a fix.

I am natively running Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit, Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 M480 CPU @ 2.66 GHz, 8 GB RAM

Any suggestions?

Follow-up Note (1) -- This Error Message is not encountered in a Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview Evaluation copy, Build 10074, running as a Hyper-V Virtual Machine.
