Static Horse in Village Landscape

Each time I try Village Landscape Franky or Washy appear in part (as far as front legs) on left of screen as though going to walk on BUT they never move. Millie or Marfa behave normally in the landscape. Have refreshed and reloaded etc but shortly afterwards the horse starts to appear on the left and gets stuck, part in, part not yet in. Any ideas?
