Every time I open yowindows I have to redo my location information. It acts as if it is the first time being opened. Can someone please help?

Which version of YoWindow are you using?
Please state version number and buildnumber, not just 'last version'.

Which version of Windows, if applicable?

Have you tried to completely uninstall and re-install.

It is YoWindows 4 Build 1

Yes, I just uninstalled and reinstalled, and now I'm having more problems than before. Now it's freezing up too! Windows 8.1

That's strange.

Maybe it has to do with a registry failure.
Also it may be needed to have to install with administrator rights.
