Plants do not move in Village theme

Hi,

First I have to say great app

One minor thing I noticed when switching theme or city, is that in de village theme (Dorp in Dutch) the plants in front are static and not moving, even with more then 40 km/h winds. The clouds are moving correctly.
They only start to move when timeline is swiped.
It seems that the initial settings of the plants is going wrong.

May it happen that the wind is calm at the moment?
The plants in Alkrmaar are moving on my iPad 1.
I wonder what could be the problem...
Can you see them moving in other locations?

Still windy in Alkmaar
New York has the same problem.

Here to reproduce:
1. select a city with high winds. If theme is not Village step 2
2. select the theme Village (Dorp in Dutch)

Maybe a retina problem?
Landscape or portrait do not matter.

Ps. If you wait for more than half an hour, the plants start to move automatically again.

I was able to catch it!

The plants stop to move when you switch from some other landscape to Village.
Mark, thank you for finding this problem, fixing it is important for the project.
I hope we will fix it in the next YoWindow release for iOS in the next year.
