Don't see the 2 new locations

Hi, I ask for 2 new locations. Geonames-ID: 6951108 and 6325485. You added its but when I go to all locations once I select the country, the new locations are not there. I have an Ipod 4 generation version ios 6.1.3.
Note: I know the new locations are there because one of you downloaded its on their window PC and his Android.
Could you help me?
