Bugs v.3 on XP

Some months ago I reported the error: YoWindows 3 on XP loses all added cities, if it has closed by shutdown.
It maintains them, if Yowindows has closed by Exit menu.
But actually cities are quite often lost also closing by exit. This is not a steady bug.
So I have downgraded to v. 2 because it has not this problem. But is it possible associate a specific landscape
to a specific city with v. 2? I do not see how.
