When I go to run it says I need a version of flash above 10 but I have flash 11 and confirmed it is working on adobe site
I am running xp
Any ideas ?

YoWindow relies on flash for MS Internet Explorer.
So you have to take care that you update especially Flash for MS IE. Then YoWindow will run again.
