If you goto the screen
push on the place 1, 2 ,3 and 4

the screen freezes or disappear

Ipad 2 IOS 6.1

Brilliant finding!
I was able to reproduce it.
Will be fixed in the next build.
Get YoWindow weather app for your phone or tablet.
