new RC versions

Hi Pavel,

I would like to ask you is it possible to give us (only in the forum) the information about new RC's and what the difference is to the older release.
The background of my question/suggestion: sometimes it's an important bug, a new feature .. but sometimes it's only a new language (and then not important for the most users).
I nearly never know what is the difference between 2 RC's ...I always have to try out.

It is only one sentence in the topic "News" and we all are informed.

Hey Werner!
When a change in RC is significant I usually add "What's new" information to the RC page.
If a change is very important I post a news topic.
If the message on RC page didn't change, most likely the change is minor, like some language strings update or internal changes not visible for the end user.

Probably we need some kind of "changes" log.
I will think about it.
