Hey, Franco!
As a workaround try selecting a landscape through Landscape/Landscapes... dialog.
You may also order the landscapes there, to put the most favorite ones on top.
It's a hard or maybe impossible task to add scrolling to the menu, so at the moment there is only one solution for a big list of landscapes.

actually I think I got a little mistake: the solution already exists in the controls up and down... :)
