Looks to me you're having internet connection problems.
At least in combination with YoWindow.
Has anything changed the last couple of weeks?
Like your provider, Firewall, Anti-virus program?

And it seems you are not aware that we are doing that for you in our spare-time (free-time) and don't get paid.
Reading your not very polite posts you make me wondering whether it was right trying to help you.
So please calm down, be a little more patient - hundreds of confident users appreciate the program and the service they get from the small team behind YoWindow.
You wrote YoWindow worked for months, so it can't be that bad, ok?
Maybe you have some time to answer Freds questions about what probably has changed on your PC (Antivirus, Provider, Firewall)?

sorry to all for being an ass --- not your fault that it is not working
But , i am not a puter guru, so I have no idea what to do
it is set as screensaver, so I get constant reminders that it quit on me
To the best of my knowledge nothing has changed in the last 3 or 4 months
when I uninstalled I used add/remove then did a registry clean then rebooted puter and did a new download and installed
I shut the firewall off completely and still the same
it is like the instructions as to where it goes to get updates etc is gone ..
don't understand how I would use an "old version that worked in the past" - all I can find on the site is the newest version , and the add/remove gets rid of all versions on the puter
look guys , I have peee'd off some of you so maybe it is time to let it go
again, sorry for acting like an idiot --- its just I loved it when it worked ( for months) now its gone
just one of those Bill Gates things that pop up

That means:
a) International, so no native English speakers, who just have to guess what you mean by that.
I deducted that you're no computer expert, but can only guess that I'm right.
b) Help, so if you want to be helped, you have to help us!
At the same time you say you've cleaned your registry. Not many people I know that don't know much about computers know how to do this!
Now let's reboot

Questions I can think of right now are:
- You said the unlimited version works ok, does it?
- What are you using, Deskyop PC, Laptop, Wireless mouse/keyboard, etc?
- What's your home location?
- What browser do you use, version included?
- What's your Windows version?
- What's your firewall program?
- What's your Anti-virus program?
- Are there different 'problems' between the program itself and the screensaver?
- Since when are you experiencing problems?
- How long has it been working ok, do you remember the version number?
You may, or may not have answered some of these before, but like I said, we have to start all over again.
Besides answering all of these please, think of what else you can report to let us help you!
Bear in mind it's mostly up to you to enjoy YoWindow again.
