For now? Not so much - the seaside-landscape is the difference.
But you should have read Pavels post when he spoke about the 5 different landscapes that will be available in the unlimited version only.

Regarding our decision to remove the favorite locations limitation.
There will be a pack of 5 animated landscapes available in the Unlimited edition only.

We excpect as soon as the users will be ablile to collect the locations they will want to have a different landscape for each of them.
And that will be the turning point go for Unllimited.
I hope this theory will work.

For me, personally: i have paid for a product with certain features. I thought the product was worth the price so i paid for it. None of the features has gone. On the contrary, more features were added. Existing features have been improved. The price didn't go up for all of the improvements, so we all got more than we had at the time we decided to use YoWindow.
Life can be great!

If i would have to make the decision today to pay for YoWindow or not and would have read there will be a package of 5 landscapes only available in the unlimited version i will pay the price, but that's of course everyone's personal decision!

Reposting since I did not see a resolution...
I am a purchased unlimited user doing an upgrade (not clean install) but still saw an ad to install AOL toolbar. I noticed another user with same problem (unfortunately our posts and the responses were wiped).

I bought two licenses because I like your software so much, I would have paid $30 for one license. I had put a rather sizable post about this very subject somewhere on this site that seems to have disappeared.
After finding that Open-Candy (ADWARE) talked about at the very bottom of the license in version 441 I did some experimenting. When I installed 441 I did not see an ad I was happy, thought it was because I had the Unlimited version. I uninstalled 441, and then reinstalled 441, sure enough, I got an ad. I thought no big deal I will put in my license and that would end that. Guess what, I could not find A place to put my license.(WTF) I uninstalled 441 and installed the previous version. So from 440 on, any one new is stuck with adware?? I can't believe you are going to ruin a really SUPER program that way.

You don't have any control over Open-Candy. And it says in their license agreement that, should something happen to Open-Candy, new owners can do anything they want with the information they gather about Yowindows and your customers. I also don't believe Yowindows has any control over what Open-Candy pushs, be it software or porn.
I truely believe you deserve every penny you earn, why else would I be willing to spend $30. I strongly believe you need to have two versions of YoWindows, a paid version (like shareware) and a free version with adware, but not both in one program. I know of no one who likes or has good experiences with ADWARE. ALL the ADWARE goes straight in to the trash.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't ruin Yowindows.
