We are going to redo the tooltip soon, so this problem will likely go away.
The desktop gadget is on our list, probably by the Summer.

I reinstalled the program and now I get he tooltip more often, not the white square.

My felling: it has something to do with the Win7 gadgets problem. I needed to make some registry changes in order to have the gadgets working, and also use a fix from MS.

You are creating a monster program... and are always available to improve it. Thats the right way for sucess.
