memory consumption is impressive 4 GB installed

memory consumption is impressive 4 GB installed when the program pogo up to 53%
when working without the program yowindow normal is between 30%, 32%
the CPU goes up too much but not its use i as it is logical temperatures.

Windows 7 64bit
4 GB memory
nvidia 9800 740 mb gtx gtx + Black edition
corel 2 quad Q6600
