I can't help you with METAR Code, but I think that longitude and latitude is OK!
It is only different format for saying the same thing.
One is in minutes and seconds and the other is in decimals.
E.g. 50.5 is equal to 50°30'00'' and 46°00'00'' is almost equal to 45.9999999°

46.3 = 46°18'00''
16.34 = 16°20'24'
