No Fence Or Road!!

I'm running windows 7 64bit with flash 10.1.102.64 installed... saw this posted before but am not running a beta flash player.... any ideas as to where the road and fence have gone? :?:

CoolCovers, most likely debug Flash player for Internet Explorer is installed.
YoWindow runs Flash with ActiveX component from IE.
