My Yo window is crashed every time i open it. Screensaver dosnt work either the program. Not working anything of Yo window. Some times 5 or 15 minutes after is running but if i close and i re open it is stuck again. Today i download the latest version but still stuck(crashed) I have full lisence program

Mmmmm,

What YoWindows version do you have installed?
What Windows version are you using?
When you say 'close the program', do you mean you abort it or do you press the red X at the right upper top?
Maybe you can think of other details you could give us.

When you say YoWindow has crashed, how has it crashed? Do you have a desktop PC or a laptop PC?

I have two Windows XP. One has a 2 hour battery and the other has an 8 hour battery. The 8 hour battery runs slower to conserve the battery and every once in a while, YoWindow will go black and white with no motion. It will then correct itself after I press F5. Is this what you are calling crashed?

Like Fred suggested, let us know all the specifics about your computer, its operating system, the YoWindows version, and anything else you can think of.

Hi friends,
i don't believe it is a bug in Yowindow (thousends of users must have then the same problem).
As you know (or not), Yowindows needs a lot of resources of your computer when its running in full window and with all movements and in best quality.
So it depends on your system (XP, Vista or Win 7), how many other programms are open and last but not least how many RAM are installed. I think minimum is 2 GB, better is 4 GB.

Please try as follow:
1. close all other programms
2. change the quality (see here)

Please give us the information about your Windows system and your installed RAM.
As I wrote in other posts, I'm afraid that we get more and more problems with older computers by adding more and more new features. For example the new horse doubled the needed resourses as before (when you use the standard landscape).
This is no problem with an modern computer with Win 7 and 4 GB and a fast grafik card.

So please let me know your experience.

Hello again. Crashed My yo window stuck and dont close and not working.) still saying please wait but not respode.
I have the windows 7 ultimate english version (with all updates) and my pc is:



after a while 2 or 3 minutes its working but i dont want to wait so long time to open my yo window.

nor problem for your computer to run Yowindow of course!
Do you tried to go back to a savety restore point before this problem happens?

.... HHummmm MICHELLE it looks like it is a problem on the computer like registry errors or uncompleted uninstall .... Try to run CCCLEANER to fix errors on registry and clean the rest... maybe to complete uninstall the other weather program .... YO must be running totally again

I use the ccleaner day per day. only one weather program i have into my pc.
i clean/fix registry with ccleaner every 2-3 days. and i never unistall my yo window program. I have a full version of yo window. If i unistalled after the new install have work in full mode or if i perform unistall the yo window, i lost the key (witch i have bye)? :?

* I do not have any errors in my registry or in my pc. Yo window its work and one day i open my pc and didnt work properly.
Now its open after 5-10 seconds but if i click in x (close) and after in window 7 bar (near the clock) i click the exit program the program not exit. its stucked and i close the yo window from task manager

...???????.......????? You lose you KEY if you uninstall ? ..... I do not understand. Do you know the key ? Do you have the email (or any document) with the KEY ?
If so i do not understand why you are not able to uninstal , then clean the registry and others temp files, and reinstall the YO. Looks like there is anything else, but you know wath. In last case you can always ask Pavel for replacement to your key , you said you have buy..... Regards. JN

Hi friends,
I don't understand why you don't try out the the standard way if you have problems with your computer???
Go to the last restore point where your pc was OK. It cost you 3 minutes and in most cases the problems are gone.
The CC cleaner could not help in this case, it is only necessary if you install and reinstall a lot of programms.

Hello Mallorca. Today i click in the restore point and i restore my pc 1 month earlier. In the time that yo window have running without problems. The program its running now but is still has problems. Only yo window program no else!!! Now i open and its open after 10 or 60 seconts and sfter that time its working. But screensaver still not working. i unistall and i reinstall from the site (latest version) but the same problems its still. Thanks a lot for the replys but i dont want to spend another time for this. If the team want to fix that bug / issue well done. I open yo window program every 2 or 5 days now just to see when they will fix the problem (with update???? I dont know) Thanks all of you.
