2.51.9 Release candidate
We are going to release this build on Play unless a major flaw found.
Re: 2.51.9 Release candidate
I sent this through the Beta app reporting email...the Wallpaper App font color has changed from white to black the last few versions . I understand the wallpaper used controls that, not a setting. Terribly hard to read- see attachment. This is running on a Samsung S25 Ultra with latest UI7 running.

Re: 2.51.9 Release candidate
I can confirm the issue with the black text mentioned by the previous poster.
I already sent this to android@repkasoft.com, but got no reaction.
Since installing and setting YoWindow as my background, I've noticed a change: the text color beneath all app icons on my home screen has turned black, not just the YoWindow icon. This may be related to system behavior in Android 15 or One UI 7.0, which automatically adjusts text color based on background brightness (light backgrounds result in black text, and dark ones result in white).
YoWindow backgrounds transition to darker tones at night, but the text color remains black—making it impossible to read.
The only way to restore readability is to remove the YoWindow background.
However, this issue does not occur when using the live free version of YoWindow — the text color remains white and readable. It seems the beta version interacts differently with the system’s wallpaper logic.
My device:
Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra (SM-S928B/DS)
Android 15
One UI 7.0

Re: 2.51.9 Release candidate
Thank you so much for reporting this issue.
YoWindow is reporting its wallpaper colors to the system.
And the system is adjusting the text color to look readable (black on light background, white on dark background).
I guess we are not able to control the text color directly.
So the only way is to dynamically change the wallpaper color set we provide to the system.
But this may impact the color scheme of the device.
I need to think this over.

Re: 2.51.9 Release candidate
Thank you for the reply.
Obviously I can only speak for myself, but for me it will be ok if the icon text color is reported as white continuously.
I've been using YoWindow for years now, and never had a problem reading the white icon text.
A dynamic color will be a great feature though, but to me a white text seems a lot easier to code.
(As the free Yowindow version is not affected, the code is already available - correct me if I'm wrong)
