Windows Desktop and Widget Update Error

Hi Pasha,

Android and iOS are updating as they should.

Windows Desktop and Widget are not updating.
Some locations show Not Updated for 3 Days.

I have not checked Chrome.

But for now Android and iOS are only versions that are working.

Sorry, but since nearly 14 days I get an update error on the desktop.

When I choose a new location there will be "No weather"

What can I do? Since now I've tried the complete new installation.

Hi Steve,

Try the following.

Exit from YoWindow with a Ctrl Q.
Completely clear your internet cache.
Now enter YoWindow again.

Since updating to the latest version on both of my machines, the weather will not update. Error message reads: x (red circle with a white cross) update error.

My weather does not update on the Windows client and I PAID for the 5 day forecast...hasnt worked since I paid. I have done everything in this post and it still wont update.
