Not Again!! ?? Help!! Weather Expired??

NOW it is doing it again, my Yowindows weather is now saying that it is EXPIRED??
Weather Expired and will not update!??
First it would not update the weather & now it says expired
I have unlimited version and was working great until after the new year.

I get always an update error, when I try to update the weather. (Desktop version). What is going wrong? Please help.
