I have checked all the locations you mentioned.
They work fine for me.

All your examples are PWS's from Netatmo.
I'm using a Netatmo myself.
I'm also experiencing some delay every now and then.

I think this has to do with the relative long communication way.
The data goes from the Netatmo PWS to the Netatmo server.
From the Netatmo server to the Wunderground server.
And from the Wunderground server to the YoWindow server.
Each step can have its own delay or even malfunction.

In general you can not rely on PWS's as much as you can on METAR's.
Even though I know that I can rely on my own PWS.

Please try to update the data manually when in doubt.
You can do so via menu/refresh or by sliding down near 'LIVE'.

If you're stil unsatisfied about wunderground's data you can always switch back to the METAR.
