No people or cars on Town landscapr

I recently purchased the unlimited landscapes, and was enjoying the people on Town, when I suddenly lost them. I read the post from someone who had the same problem. Can anyone tell me when there will be a fix for this?

I too am having this problem...hope the fix doesn't take too long. :)
