1.11.3 Additional weather icons

There used to be three weather icons to display state of the sky - clear, partly cloudy and overcast.
We are introducing two more icons to reflect the sky state precisely.
How do you like this change?

Clear, Fair, Partly Cloudy, Mostly Cloudy.

Hi Pasha,

2.3.6 Samsung Prevail
4.0.4 Kyocera Hydro
4.0.4 Kyocera Rise
4.1.1 NextBook
4.1.2 Lenovo
4.4.2 ASUS MeMO pad
all ran with no crashes.

Fixed: Inspector Panel no longer has missing background.

I like the idea of the Fair icon.
But with winter in the northern hemisphere, it is hard to track it down!

Hi Pasha,

There is a problem with the inspector panel when you change locations.

It was cloudy in Mansfield.
Vienna was clear but inspector panel showed cloudy background.
I updated and Vienna showed clear background.
Leiden was cloudy but inspector panel showed clear background.
I updated and Leiden showed cloudy background.

Whatever the last location's inspector panel background was displays on the next location until you update.
