It looks like AM/PM switch is invisible on your phone because the background is black as well as the text.

Hi Pasha,
You are correct about the black text and black background.
I tried setting PM on the 2.3.6 in the evening.
Still no PM showing in the black background.
So I remembered what Oleg's screenshot looked like.
I started pressing in that area.
I was then able to toggle PM to AM and vice versa.
I hope that changing the color of the text is not a big issue.
