Sometimes wind animation gets stuck

Hi Pasha,

I've noticed a couple of times that (mostly at start up) the wind animation is not present.
The flowers in the front do move with the parallax effect, but not with the wind.
This has happened over the last couple of builds.

When I change location and come back everything works fine again.
Another way of solving it is to start up once again.

I have not found a way to repeat this.

It's a minor flaw.
It would just be nice if you would see it some time too.
And even nicer if you could find the error of course.
If not, don't worry, I can live with it.
