It's good now! Suddenly it's started to show the right time. I double checked the date and time zone, plus rebooted my iPhone and iPad this morning and it didn't help any, but now, I updated the weather on YoWindow, then it changed to the right time. ( I did this before several times and it didn't fix though )
Anyway, mine is fine,now. Thanks for your help :)

I wish I knew why there was a problem and how to repeat it.
As soon as I know, I will find a way to fix.

Version 1.13.1 ( May 10) did not correct the problem.

I'm going to add a diagnostic tool in the next build so we could find out what is going wrong.
