Hi Friends,

Thank you for your birthday wishes.

I celebrated my birthday today on Monday.
It was sunny and close to 70F (20C).
The crocuses were blooming all over my yard.
There were bees buzzing around the crocuses.

I drove to the bike shop.
My new bike is waiting for summer before I ride it.
I want to keep it clean for summer.
But I have my mountain bike there for a tune up.

I had not been for a real bike ride since August 28th of last year.
Two days before the accident.
So I really did not know how a ride would be.

I was completely happy with how my ride was.
I had a beautiful 12 mile (20 kilometer) round trip ride from Lexington to Bellville and back to Lexington.
I enjoyed riding my mountain bike again.

It was a beautiful day.

That ride was impressive. I'm happy you have recovered and doing great.
Please be careful and I wish you make the progress farther and farther.
I'm waiting for the crocuses to bloom at my place. I hope they are going to show up in 2 - 3 weeks.
