Can't get YoWindow Desktop to Update Tonight

I'm using YoWindow 4 Desktop on a Windows 8.1 Update 2 (or whatever this latest update is called) laptop. Tonight I just keep getting update errors. I am in Hickory NC -- I think the code here is KHKY. I've tried over and over clicking Update and pressing F5 and all. Somebody said something about clearing the cache, but I can't figure out how to do that in the desktop version.

I opened YoWindow on the web and went to my location, and it works there. I've also visited the National Weather Service web site and was able to get my weather there. It seems to only be a problem with the desktop version.

I apologize if I am posting this in the wrong place. I saw a section called "Pulse," but I couldn't figure out how to post a new topic there and the existing ones were old. I'm new here and I'm no weather expert, either. So please be patient.

Is there a glitch in the system right now or something? Should I just wait? Or should I do something? Thanks.

Experiencing the same thing here on an older version of YoWindow on an XP machine...
