No Current Temp

I'm running the latest version. A few days ago the temp in the tray dissappeared from the YW icon. Closed & reopened program and the temp reappeared. Now the temp has not been there all day. I now noticed when opening the program there is no current temp listed eithr. Uninstalled & reinstalled, same problem, no current temp showing anywhere. Please help, no good if it won't show the temp! Please help! Anyone else with this same problem?

Hi Michelle,

If you go into Program/Options/Inspector, does the temperature have a checkmark next to it? If it is unchecked, the temperature will not display.

I am using the latest RC 379 and am having no problem.

No, the icon is not hidden. In the tray the YW icon is there. It has the sky, ground & sun, does not show the temp. Also when program is opened up there is no temp showing either. It does however show the temp range for the day. Where the current temp is to be it has the word "Temperature" in red. Yes, in options I have it checked to show the temperature also. :?

Aha! that means the closest METAR station place for your place does not provide the temperature. Let me know your location and I will exclude the weather station from YoWindow as an unreliable one.

Following is the requested information you wanted. Lat. 41.24, Long. -77 Time Zone -4:00, Location ID 5219585 Williamsport, PA USA , Metar code KIPT. Came back from running an errand, when checked computer there was a giant bird on the running screensaver now. Think I noticed this same problem listed elsewhere too. Don't know whats up with the temp though. I've used this setting since getting YoWindow and have never had the problem until now. Hopefully you may be able to list an other station for the same area. Yes, it was a METAR weather station issue.
I have removed the station.
As far as I see the weather is updated ok for Williamsport now.
Press F5.
