Unfortunately this information is a bit poor.
There's nothing for us to help you.
For instance: What version of YoWindow are you talking about?
- Windows Desktop
- Mac Desktop
- Widget (Please supply us with a link to your site)
- Chrome Browser
- iOS (Please state which device)
- Android
This will help us, because sometimes different versions need different approaches.
Has it been working before?
If so, what has changed since?
What are your PC specs?
Windows version is the most important.
Just to try to help you up front, I assume you are talking about YoWindow 4, build 1 for PC desktop.
This is the latest build for Windows.
You may have to check if there is a program installed preventing YoWindow to have access to the internet, e.g. Firewall and/or viruschecker.
You could try to uninstall YoWindow, disable any of the above and then re-install YoWindow.
If YoWindow is working, you can enable the other program(s) again.
If this doesn't help then please be more specific.
