YoWindow don't refresh data

Hello,

I'm new in this forum. I hope, that you understand my english.
I changed my OS to Win8.1 and since then, YoWindow 3S free won't refresh the weather data. I also can't change the location. The message in the window says: refresh error.
Only when I switch out the Windows Firewall, all work good.
How can I solve this problem?

Please allow your computer to connect to *.yowindow.com group of servers

Thanks for your quick answer.
I uninstalled YoWindow with revo and after reboot installed the new version. Now it is so, that in spite of deactivating the firewall, Yowindow doesn't update anything. The main window sais "No weather" and when I try to select a new location the message is "Update error". But when I click on "Cannot find a location?", the webpage will open. So sendig data works, but receiving not.
This is only a problem of Yowindow. Any other application works fine.

Looks like YoWindow is not able to access the Internet.
Can you add new locations?
Which city are you in?
