help on finding my menu tabs

i downloaded newest version of yo weather now i cant fund the menu bar. what to do? thank you if any 1 can help please i don't want to delete this program i'm beginning to like it!!!!!!!!!!!

is it possible that you can't see the menu bar because you view YoWindow in fullscreen mode?
In that case the menu only appears when you move the mouse to the top of the screen and after 1 second the menu-bar scrolls in from the top.
