Extension not working with external Adobe Flash

Hello,

First thanks for nice Chrome extension.

I have a question (suggestion).
Why the extension does not work with external flash player installed and enabled from about:plugins page ?
The extension works perfectly with the built-in Chrome Flash plugin.

Is it some Chrome limitation or something to configure in extension/browser ?

I'm using the external Flash plugin because of issues with accelerated hardware decoding on Youtube.

I'm testing YoWindow in Chrome with debug version of Flash Player.
Works properly.
Sorry, I don't know why the external FP is not working out for you.

Do you disable the built-in flash plugin?
Otherwise it's always used by Chrome despite an external plugin exists on the system.

I forgot to mention that I'm on Windows 7 and flash is the latest v12.0.0.44 and Chrome is v32.xx (if matters)
